Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AI Social Video Publisher (the “Service”), operated by Kroza (“Kroza,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AI Social Video Publisher lets you upload or import video content you own or have permission to use, generate AI-assisted titles, scripts, captions, hashtags, and translations, and publish the result to YouTube and Facebook accounts you connect and authorize.

2. Eligibility and account registration

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Ownership and content responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, import, generate, or publish through the Service. By uploading, importing, or publishing any video, you represent and warrant that you own the content or have all rights and permissions necessary to use, reproduce, and publish it, including any music, footage, likeness, or other third-party material it contains. The Service requires you to explicitly confirm ownership before content can be analyzed, downloaded, or published, and we rely on that confirmation.

We do not review content for copyright or rights compliance before publishing. You, not Kroza, are responsible for complying with copyright law and the terms of service of any platform you publish to.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, generate, or publish content you do not have the rights to use.
  • Violate any applicable law or the terms of service of a connected platform (YouTube, Facebook, or any other third party).
  • Distribute malware, spam, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service.
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security controls, or access controls.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Connected platform accounts

When you connect a YouTube or Facebook account, you authorize the Service to act on your behalf only for the specific actions you initiate (such as publishing a video you’ve approved). You can revoke this access at any time from your account settings or directly from the connected platform’s own settings. Your use of connected platforms remains subject to their respective terms of service.

6. AI-generated content

Titles, scripts, captions, hashtags, and translations generated by the Service are produced using third-party AI models and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing it, and for ensuring it complies with applicable law and platform policies.

7. Free tier and service limits

Free-tier accounts are subject to limits on AI generations and publishing jobs per month. We may change these limits, introduce paid tiers, or modify features at any time.

8. Intellectual property

You retain all ownership rights in the content you upload and publish. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service to you. The Service itself, including its software and branding, is owned by Kroza and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that AI-generated content will be accurate, or that publishing to a connected platform will succeed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kroza is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any action taken by a third-party platform (such as YouTube or Facebook) in response to content you publish.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cambodia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
